Powershell multi hack to exe

Hey guys i have been using powershell multi hack by jumbo and by pean for a pretty long time and i have been getting this vac error was a long time. i havent been banned once by using the cheat thats why i find it unique . so pean said to convert the powershell file into exe to avoid the authen error.but my question is will i get vac ban if i run the cheat as exe? is the file same ? is there a change ? will vac detect it? please help
