Item ESP

Hi! can someone make some sort of ESP for any item that you search for? like you put in an item (example: Formicite Ore) and it shows you where it is?

I would like this with ores, dungeon bosses, and dungeon portals.

yeah it would be cool something like x-ray textures in minecraft

Wouldn't mind this being made to the public but then again it's a useful hack so prob not.
