Disable WM_INPUT / Raw Input
Hí, I'm currently hacking game that uses WM_INPUT / RAW input for keyboard and mouse is there any way to disable WM_INPUT / RAW and send my message across WM_KEYUP, WM_MOUSEMOVE, etc....

Why would you want to disable input to send your own? And why do you not just send the RAWINPUT structure yourself?
