Making Simple Responsive Websites

This is my first time trying to setup a service like this, so bare with me.

What am I doing?

I'm doing a service where I will make you a responsive website (no hosting) and you tell me what you want and supply graphics if needed.

What are the rules?

I will show proof of the website over Skype and if you don't like it I will change what you want.
You will need to tell me what you want to be on your website and what you want it to look like. If you want graphics on it YOU need to supply those. I don't do graphics.
These will be static HTML websites that I can setup a "contact me" form on if you want.
After I show proof of the website you will pay then I will send it over to you through what ever medium you want.
Failure to pay after I show proof I made the website will result in a scam report.
If you are being a little prick about the website and keep asking me to make changes I will just drop you. (You will have to be a really big prick for this to happen)
I accept Bitcoin, AGC, and Paypal. (I mostly don't prefer Paypal)
We will discuss a price over Skype, expect it to be ranging from 10 to 30 USD.
Rules are subject to change.

How do I contact you?

You must post your Skype below then add me on Skype and when I see you have made a post on this thread with your Skype that matches what you added me with I will add you.

What if I don't like what you made me?

You tell me what you want changed and I will change it. (read the rules to for a rule about this)
