Looking for a professional Refunder for amazon

I have a personal US account (6 years Old), never refunded anything on it, btw this is MY account not a cracked one. I live in a building that has an access code. a LOT of packages are left unattended at the main door, have had IKEA, Walmart and others leave my packages there. upon delivery, guy might be too lazy to take it up 2 more floors. I've never refunded myself but I've spend quite some hours reading forums and thread about amazon SE. I can possibly do this myself but because my account is 6years old with No previous refund I want to get the most out of it. Here are my questions:
1. What is the most I can possibly refund with my US account (I know it's way harder in the UK cuz too many kids been trying to SE amazon)
2. How much would you charge me
3. Can you Provide me with some kind of reference
