Notifications.

We all get the notifications while on MPGH when we get a message or post quote ETC.
But I'm wondering what if we can get them while we're outside of MPGH Like what facebook does or gmail. Or if we're in a different tab than MPGH and we get the notifications at the bottom. I think some forums have that feature already but I'm not to sure.

What do you guys think, should it be added?

Does it really matter that much?
Just tab into MPGH and check if you've gotten a notification.

They should make something like on FB that shows a (1) etc next to the tab
