Sadly the excuse of a family member/friend using your account has been used a multitude of times already and will not work here.

You are responsible for your own account and anything that happens if stolen/hacked.

The problem was that it was not a temp ban, but a permanent one. Which is why I asked him to file a dispute. @Smoke

He opened a dispute on me when he got banned, claiming he didn't receive it. I already gave him 10 btc for 12 pp (My rate at the time).

He deserved to get banned and stay banned.
