Anyone help me how to increase the reputation ?

You can´t even ask for that in giveaways so I highly doubt you can ask for that here tbh

Other people have to give it to you.

People who have low reputation can't give any rep out because their rep power is 0. As you accumulate reputation, your rep power goes up which means you can give out more rep. I am not sure where that number starts but its a safe bet to say that people with at least 100 can give out some form of rep.

The best way to obtain rep is just be a nice person, have HQ post, and overall being a good contributing MPGH member.
