[Help] So, I have a big problem..

So, I have a big problem..

I have like 10 accounts from like 2-3 years back. I xan't remember their emails. That is a shitty problem. Is there any way I could contact Deca and they would help me, or will they just think I want free accounts or something. I mean, can they check which accounts were made on my IP address?

Noone can tell you for sure, you can try it yourself.

I doubt though, that they have logs for ip logins for 2-3 years back.

Do you remember their names?

Yeah, I do remember their names, but that can be easily taken off of realmeye. You know what I mean?

Yeah it was really stupid. Kabam couldn't just migrate the db themselves, they wanted to have the user do their own part of it, thus resulting in the loss of many accounts.

The worst thing is, I had lots of shit on them. For example, cronus and jygger, one even had ogmur... I'm desperate...

Well, I mean it was a good idea. They took down many unused accounts that took up their database. *shrugs*

Sorry man, if you didn't migrate during that time period, your accounts aren't on the database, so they technically got erased. :/

Realmeye updates a users realmeye profile when they log in via bots - it has no association with the game itself therefore they'll appear on Realmeye forever.

The accounts are done for having logs 2-3 years ago is SUPER unlikely. If you remember names you might have a chance contact support and give it a shot
