So, sorry if I'm posting on the wrong section but I didn't find where is the right.
My idea is a script where you put your mouse on the item that you want to delete, and press some key like f4 and the script will move the item to the trash and confirm that you want to delete.

Middle mouse button do first step, so you need only to push confirm button. 
If you too lazy to push it download some mouse clicker which return mouse to the item spot.
