Hacked Account

So recently my steam account was hacked and my email with it too cause i had same password on the account and on the email.So i have contacted the support told them my old email(it was changed) my old password(it was changed) and my login name which should be enough.But the said they need information on how i payed and just shit like that.When i was hacked the first name i just wrote name and pass and it was enough(ye i was hacked 2 times).So now i cant get the steam support to help me and even get access to my account.Any tips?I had 350$ in the games on that account.First time when i was hacked i was called GLOBAL 9 if that helps.

Tell them what you used for steam transactions . Example: Paypal,Mastercard stuff like that. If it is a card write the card number aswell. Thats how i got my account back

Did.But they said that the paypal information i given was not correct.And i dont have any other paypal.

Make sure to double check it then, I guess. Honestly, as obvious as this may be, your best shot is to try to provide Steam's Support Team with as much substantial proof that you're indeed the said account's owner as you can. There isn't really much else that can be done regarding your case.
