is it just me or did Fitbit get patched today cause I tried twice and both times they said that they have to escalate the issue to a higher level???
KennyZhu also had that problem so I thats possible, but last month or two, the same thing happened and as @ @Psychotic said, "They get doable once the smoke clears out, just as other company." not his specific words but close to what he said.

It might just be the method your using and whatnot. The SEs that I've been doing the last couple of days haven't had this problem. However, I call rather than use Live Chat like a couple of SErs.

I dont think theyre patched.
probably just slower at this time of the year
I still find FItbit very easy, I do up to 10 per day, all easy
