My in-game perks wont work if I use this cheat. Any suggestions?

Has to do with the all perks. It's a bug.

I disable antivirus start program (as admin), start game (windows mode) but a few minutes (1-2min) game crash. What to do?

It's a bug within the program.

I don't care about anything else, I just want to be able to FORCE MYSELF AS HOST... is this the best hack for this or is there something simpler?

So many non-USA servers and I just want to play with equal ping/lag USA players so hosting is the only way to kick out the trash...

Please advice...
