Is there a program that records how long a key is held.

For example,

I hold down the "t" button on the keyboard and a program will record how long i hold it for. Is there are program like this?

Nope, never heard of a program that records how long you hold down a key for.

But I've heard of a program that records what keys you press, it's called a Keylogger.
