I think it depends on what is IN the github page (external links)

I remember your thread contained links to a rival forum called "ownec****" and I reported it, also github is OK. Unless it contains advertisements as well.

Anyways, they're allowed to be posted. I had to confirm this other staff, so certain attachments have been denied. Just be sure to add the attachment as well (there was no attachment). Hope that clears up your problem.
