Hacks aside, is multi-boxing really considered cheating?

No way in hell is controlling 4+ characters simultaneously considered cheating.
I think it's really a disadvantage, when i was controlling four bodies and walked into starbucks the other day, I had to pay for FOUR drinks! What's up with that
Seriously, many mmorpgs allow multi boxing, this includes World of Warcraft, Elder Scrolls Online, EVE online, and so on.

I do think multiboxing should be allowed if the game was changed significantly. Events need dynamic a health increase, there needs to be some boss where a multiboxer cannot solo the entire thing.
Yeah, it's considered cheating because you are using a third-party program. Those are the rules of Kebem, now trespassed to Deca.

Skype allows your group to be much more coordinated :P
I mean, 3rd party programs that give you real advantage like clients (auto aim, autonexus, debuffs, inv viewer) Scripts/plugins (autohotkey, k-relay, realmrelay) kronkboxer, etc.

yup, it's specifically in their tos
ofcourse it is, technically you are say, 4 people, you are capable of getting 4x loot, and/or you get all of your own personal buffs, while that isnt an advantage over other players, the fact you are capable of getting 4x the loot is an advantage.
