Best SEO services?

I need to get in touch with a SEO Service for backlinks and higher rankings for my website. It's on position 4-9 on first page of Google on different regions and I want to rank it up to top 3.

The one I have in mind is Attracta but I'm wondering what other options are available that are feasible for me.

For 12 year olds

OT - A lot of people have used hitleap bc its free and easy, you probably already know that but its something you could do on the side.

But hitleap only works half the time. The other half the time, it doesn't count as a view.

If you know a slight bit about SEO you would know that hitleap traffic can reduce his ranking.
