For those u are looking for a unban from a soft ban till the bots fix, u can do it manually by going to the desired pokestop (unused ofc) and entering it and spining it, then back out and repeat till u get items from it (about 40 times more or less), wen u receive items, ur good to go and ur unbanned.
It works for me, havent tryed several times tho.

you get softbanned for a 5-10 minutes, you spend 5-10 minutes by spinning the same pokestop again and again, voila: unbanned.
