server bypass?

Is there away i can make the server check a good clean assembly but use the modified one on the server ?

Example:

Good assembly is unmodified unchanged

Bad assembly modded to the max but makes program check the good assembly

There is a tutorial in this thread that does exactly that

im talking about bypassing the hash checks for recoil ect?
