Decompiling DLL

So I bought this private cheat from this guy and it's been great, so far no problems and it's been undetected for about a year and a half. Anyway, I'm hear because of something that's bugging me: on the menu of the cheat, he misspelled some of the things because the guy doesn't speak English well, and it's bugging the hell out of me, to the point where I'm not using the cheat (I have major OCD for real, not just tumblrina shit) because of it. It's just some text and I have no idea of how to decompile.

I already tried some like NET reflector and PHP DLL reverse, and they say it isn't supported. I've even gone as far as to rename it from .dll to .txt and CTRL+F the words, but it's literally just a bunch of weird ascii charaters. Any help is appreciated!

(And I can't release the dll because he doesn't allow anyone to. I've asked him to fix it, and he doesn't seem to understand what I mean by it's misspelled)
