Amazon refund order

So i was in doubt about amazon refund
I mean i can only get a refund if i buy from amazon not from other sales who are selling on amazon like this one

you can only refund item which is sold or fullfiled by amazon

1st, 4th and 5th can be refunded. Amazon can probably ship via DHL.

If its not sold or shipped by amazon you're SOL but you can usually find most items that are, keep looking
