Why does @Predator have the member lvl 3 tag? That's weird.

Because there are 4 levels of members, the more posts you have the higher the level you'll achieve which unlocks perks such as member lvl 2 general section or bigger profile picture, etc.

Not general section related, but might be because he was banned.

No, FS replaces your Member tag. Premium tag does the same thing.

FS tag and Premium tag replaces your Member tag.
