It doesn't look like you changed the picture much, it just looks like you just split it up into peices.

accoutn inactive and i think you put too much bevel on the middle piece should have softened it up with the bevel&emboss "softness" option (i would have set to 3-6 pixels)
Yes ur right...wish I still had the .psd of it...forgot to save it in .psd also..
