I'm trying out some bots and for some reason I'm level 20 with low CP pokemon why is that ? like 500-600 CP

Level 20 isn't all that high of a level. Wild Pokemon's CP caps out at 30, so when you get there you'll see a significant change in what you find. Also, you should be prioritizing IV %.

Working fine, but when it captures pokemon below the IV% of 90% it does not transfer? Any idea? Do i have to have check "Auto Transfer Duplicate Pokemon"?

I'm experiencing something similar. I would make sure that your duplicate Pokemon is set to 1, so that it only keeps one dupe.

i did that and it works but if i have duplicate pokemon above 90% IV would it still transfer?

No, it would keep the amount of duplicate pokemon you have set.

So If i have 2 pokemon's with above 90% IV and i set it to only 1 duplicate pokemon, would it transfer one of them?

Alright so I ran another virus total scan for the newest version and this time got 1/54.

The one detection is a false positive, meaning the newest release is safe. However, I'm not allowed to make another upload since the source code is being protected and without that, I can't remove the advertisement links.
