Mojang error

Okay so I tried buying an account, everything went well, changed the e-mail and stuff but when I try to change the security questions, it tells me that I have already sent it the past 2 hour but I have waited like a full 2-5 hours. I tried waiting for a full 12 hours and I still get the error. Can someone help me?

Use a VPN? It will fix it probably
