hello guys I need help on removing my soft banned...
how can I remove it?

There should be a soft ban remover in all of the cheats by now. If not, there is Quick Spin.

I did the quickspin but it still doesnt work...when I try to catch a pokemon on my real location all the pokemons broke free
I only used the Quick Poke Bot by imsonub and Pokesniper2

i need a guestimate!
cuz i wanna run the Bot for a couple more hours if the soft banned just last like 3 hours so that I can go to bed and play normal in the morning

havn't heard of catching 25 pokemon as a way to remove a softban, where'd you hear this?
