PSA: Shut down all bots and snipes

Niantic has updated their API, meaning that bots will not be working for a while. It's wise to shut down your bots until further announcements are made.

Update from the devs working on this issue : "It's becoming more evident that this is a non-trivial change, and will take much longer than planned to get reverse engineered again."

well good thing today i finished all acc 30+, bad thing no sniperino for some time
