HelpHamachi for a pserver

Can anyone help or tell me how to setup hamachi for my friends pserver he uses Fabiano

the server hoster needs to rebuild the project changing server ip 127.0.0.1 to his hamachi ip, (NOT Database ip that also is 127.0.0.1)
and he need to create a client replacing 127.0.0.1 to hamachi ip so you can connect.

then you join in your friend network on hamachi, and use the client or browser to connect.
