Need to know something

My account was stolen and when i try to recover it z8 games tell me wrong info also i recoverd it 2 times before with the same info idont know what happen and z8 games isnt telling me if the guy flagged the acc or smth its just wrong info i dont know how i need any one to help me or explain to me what is this shiit and btw its the 3 rd time so i still have 1 more chance to recover
