You take your mom's credit card and spam the $5 gold option until you feel like you need to die.
Works 2/100 times, so it's best to give the card info and your account info to multiple people who are wiling to spam the $5 gold option as well. GL HF

You can't anymore - that's why the gold account sellers have run low on stock because they can no longer replenish. The URL they used is no longer visible or accessible, but I'm sure there's some workaround that would require immense digging and time however.
