For the people who're saying the bot is not working - make sure you wrote your login details correctly!
For everyone who are having troubles running it - download Net Framework 4.6.2 from here, it will fix all your crashes and all sort of errors!
About sniping: You can either enable the sniping options in the config, or use the old method and run pogo and necro in the same time. It's all up to you - it's your choice!
No usable PokeStops found in your area. Is your maximum distance too small?
- IP Softbanned. Try changing your location to somewhere else or change your IP. If you have dynamic IP - restart your modem, if not - change your mac (and make sure it's allowed from your ISP), or use a VPN.
Thanks for 100 likes - here's the code for auto restarter and how to setup it:
1.Open notepad
2.Paste the following lines into it:

@echo off :begin start /b NecroBot.exe timeout /t 3600 > null taskkill /f /im NecroBot.exe > null goto begin
4.If you have the bot running - close it. Run the bot from the .bat from now on. It will restart on every hour. To change the time between restarts, simply change '3600' to your desired number (in minutes)
