Camera Flash Spammer (No file creation)?

As the title states, I'm looking for some sort of exploit or script where the creation of a screenshot file is disabled and the camera flash on servers can be spammed. Similar to many Gmod DarkRP griefing videos, any idea if this is still available? Has this been patched yet? Thanks for any infor

Detour Player:ConCommand and check if the command is 'jpeg'. If it is then return nil.
