I know it's quite a long shot coming and asking this, but I was wondering if anyone had any unused or unwanted osu! accounts that I can use to play osu! with.

If somebody gave you an account it will ip banned. So no.

I don't know if you meant it would be IP banned if I used it or if the account would already be banned, but either way I've taken precautions already.

As said previously, I've already taken precautions against that - while in the thread it also states if anyone has an unwanted or unused account.

You're either extremely obvious or your IP is blacklisted. Go do research about osu! bans, plus read around on here and you'll learn how to avoid and get around them.

Really not that hard.
