Help❓ PAYPAL LIMITATION

I seem to have a problem with Paypal. I already have a legit paypal account where ive been using it for over 6 years for legit purchases online. Recently I started my own amazon refund service which I promoted through the use of instagram. I successfully carried out a refund and decided to get paid by Paypal however I didnt want to use my own Paypal account, so I created a new paypal account with a random name and a legit UK address (My old house address). I transferred the money from this new paypal account to my main paypal and then withdrew the money into my bank. Later I found that amazon had reversed this and now the new paypal account is limited and I am unable to send/withdraw money at all unless I provide them proof, e.g Photo ID/ Address/ Bank account. I cant provide proof of address as I dont live there anymore, also my photo ID will not match the name on the account and I already have a legit paypal account with my detais on it. Any work around this?

The balance on the Paypal account is £140. If anyone wants to buy the account of me because theyre confident they can lift the limitation on the account is welcome to do so. I can sell for £100.

happened to me too only difference is i didnt do anything wrong! but they still won't give me my account back after i show then proof!
