How do you join usergroups?

Like Publicist, Newspapers or etcs. Is there a requirement for an entrance to the group? I'll appreciate if one of you guys can hit me up on the details

Good luck getting in any usergroup, other than Premium, in your first month

Newspaper, Publicist, Minion and any staff position, you need to apply for and be accepted into

Thank you for being nice! I only wanted to know how the system works but I see people like that I might not even want to be in MPGH.
