Niantic Response Time
Hey was just wondering what their response times are for ban appeals/tickets. Has anyone tried contacting them about Failed to get game data too?

Failing to get data is a hard ban I believe. So don't expect much of a response.
i mailed Niantic about this ban from 3days till nw and no asnwer 
been basically 3 days, no reply.
I guess its a perm ban
2 weeks, no answer.
just give it up guys.. This is the end of pokemon go for me.. i wont start all over.

They automatically close the tickets so don't expect a response
