Error rebuilding solution

I've decided to completely scrap my old pserver from a year ago and start fresh. However now I get error and warnings when I rebuild solution

edit: also after rebuilding solution there is no server.exe in bin/debug

Just get prodStuff.cs and put it in?? Looks like vs can't find that file bc it doesn't exist in the solution.
The build can't find bin/server.exe bc there was an error that stopped the rebuild process so it didn't create server.exe
