Has anyone been able to get approved for a ban appeal from Niantic? What ETA do they usually have on a response? Yes I know they will not respond if you are perma banned but just a question 
My account was hit with the 'failed to load data from game' Im probably guessing its banned idk because i didnt get a ban message :l. I havent tried it yet but im pretty sure they will delete your pokemons or something

or im sorry "investigating account" message. It will 9(% end up a ban tbh
and i didn't receive any email. I tried to submit a ticket and after 7 days they don't answer me.
