You need screen shots, virus scans, and directions on how to use the bot. You can't just post the attachments and expect it to get approved, read the rules before posting stuff.

This is what happens when you use NecroBot. This happened on 12 accounts of mine, all were using "legit settings" and even in the same area that I'm actually located in. I would highly advise not using this.

Same here. People say you can spam Niantic for unban requests, but it won't work from experience. At this point in time there is no safe way to bot, IF you bot you are banned eventually. I think the only reason to bot would be for merchants to speed level accounts to max, sell it fast, and let the buyer suffer from the ban a week after they buy the account. I can't see any other reason for botting, other than maybe messing around with gyms, and man how fun is that (sarc mark here).
But you're right, I tested the "if you bot you're banned" theory on a new account. Ran the bot as human-like as possible, GPS on my house, walking speed 1km/h, you know the works. I ran the bot for 15 minutes and caught a ban shortly after. Botting is just for fun now, kind of like an idle game. If you like staring at your CMD slowly telling you info that you can't use in the future.

That must be directly tied to NecroBot then because I decided to give botting another run and am using the Catchem V 1.4.0.0 and its been going for hours without issues.
