HelpAmazon.com tablet refund 500$

Hello, I ordered tablet from amazon.comⓘ for 500$ on fresh acc and it just arrived, they asked me to show ID and it writes delivered to: (my second name) so I thing the method it never arrived will not help me? Mayby should I tell them batteries are leaked and tablet is dangerous so I droped it out? Any ideas? Thanks!

Never arrived might not be the best idea if you had to give ID and sign for it..

It's better to ask a question such as this in the social engineering section.

Just a hire a experienced refund for 5-10% of the order.

As a refunder my self, I can think of a couple solutions to this problem,

It won't turn on? Completely black screen with no colors, ect.

Just be creative lol, half of Amazon support doesn't know how to do their job

Did you try just using a new rep when they asked for proof?
