HelpAmazon.com tablet refund 500$

Hello, I ordered tablet from amazon.com for 500$ on fresh acc and it just arrived, they asked me to show ID and it writes delivered to: (my second name) so I thing the method it never arrived will not help me? Mayby should I tell them batteries are leaked and tablet is dangerous so I droped it out? Any ideas? Thanks!

Never arrived might not be the best idea if you had to give ID and sign for it..
