Verify paypal?

Hello, i want to get a laptop from ebay through gift cards sold on paxful or localbitcoins, these need me to have a verified us paypal and i don't live in the us, i have a reshipping address and i plan on shipping the laptop to it, what can i do? How can i verify my paypal without having a bank account in the usa?

use a vpn, and you don't have to have your PayPal verified.

Just get your email verified

There are a lot of sellers of VCC in User Services, check there if they have some VCC to verify U.S. PayPal

Just download a Vpn.
