Lotta support these days
I contacted G-mail the night of the incident (when I lost my account) and filled out a form. I was told 3 days and I would see some type of response.
Nope.
I've read so many similar stories, that I regret ever using G-mail. I loved the shit out of it before, now I get to see it in its true light - customer support fails. No number, no way to recover without recovery questions, and the form I sent in never got a reply. There has been cases where people get Paypals stolen and credit cards used like crazy, and they can do nothing about it because their G-mail is still jacked. I mean they can cancel Paypal and the cc's, but by then the damage has been done.
So yeah, I took your guys' advice on filling out those couple of forms for MSN. I provided much info and even old passwords, told them to cross reference IPs from the days before and the day of the incident. Here's their response:
What a complete shit pile.
Now, I'll still use MSN, as I have every form of recovery set on it now, but in my time of need there's absolutely no support from either company. I can't even get as far as talking to a real person. All I want, is to get my accounts back, so I can shut them down. Then I can stop worrying and nothing will linger on.
As of now, I will still worry about what they could do with my emails until something is done.
Nope.

Greetings
This is an automatic response designed to ensure your question gets to the correct support agents as quickly as possible.
The support form you used, is designed to assist customers with issues directly related to the MSN.com Home page and My MSN. We have found that the majority of customers that select the MSN.com homepage support form, actually have a question about another product. Because different MSN and Windows Live properties have distinct and separate support teams, and because we cannot transfer support requests from one team to another, it is important that your question be directed to the correct support team.
Please review each of the following options and select the most appropriate section. Most of these links provide a support form and links to the FAQ and online help for that product. Submitting your question to the correct group will ensure the quickest resolution to your problem.
My MSN version 10
To enrich your user experience through new features, functionality and design, MSN is currently migrating all existing My MSN users to the new My MSN. An earlier phase of this migration allowed users to try the new My MSN in a beta form while returning to their original My MSN page if they so chose. However, production has recently progressed to the point where we are now able to release the latest My MSN to all of our users. As a result, current My MSN users will, over the coming weeks, be migrated to the new My MSN permanently.
