As @Trol553 said, that depends on the website where you buy from. For G2A I actually got back 100% back including G2A Shield money.
Have to wait another week I think. You can withdraw it from there straight but your PayPal but idk about the cut they take.

Besides that, for a chargeback you obviously get 100% back

You can also just not refund off of them. If you just buy and then chargeback on PayPal, they NEVER answer and you get automatic win on case in 10 days.
