InfoGTA 5 Account transfer blocking.

I know there are other posts about this and take no responsibility for finding this! however i would like to share my own experience.

As it seems rock star have blocked most if now all account transfer from ps3 to pc ( to my knowledge it might be affecting other platforms)
After trying to do an account transfer you will see this error (see attachments)


Although rock star have not posted any official news about this it seems that accounts being modded on console are being classified as having been used used in violation of the game license. i know of this because i contacted rock star.

Your account is not eligible for transfer as the account has been used in violation of the game license. You will not be able to migrate this account to any other platform.

I would advise all people to NOT use account transfer services till this is over and i made the mistake of doing so!

(i apologise for spelling mistakes its not my strong point)

Ive been looking all over for this, Ive had the same issue and exact same response from rockstar

I'm confused though i have a GTA account on PS3 and It's on xbox 1 as well i can use it on PS3 and xbl1 can someone explain that too me? the only difference is
on my ps3 the account is rank 500 on xbl1 i ranked it too 505 when i check on my PS3 it's the same rank as i left it before so idk

I wouldn't get my hopes high.
