I am Creating a website and i received this error?
can someone help?

Not if you're not telling us:

What were you using to create the website?
Do you know PHP?
Have you actually checked line 1?
Double checked if you did not mix " and '?
Is a string even expected where you used it?

Post some of your code where the error is occurring please.
