Since some Windows 10 updates injector.exe isn´t executable anymore

It works really fine but avast detects it as malware

There is a guy who has been selling this just want to tell you if you want to do anything about it, Search for the channel H4X0R L33TT in youtube.

I downloaded this Friday night and it worked great. Then, Sunday, the installer got deleted but nothing else. I re-downloaded it and now, everything extracts fine except the Injector. For some reason, I cant run it because it it "Doesnt run on my pc." Any ideas?
Im on Windows 10 if that matters.

Is there a way to keep my AV on? I turn it off to download it because it detects it as a malware but I want to turn it back on once it's downloaded. When I do this, when I try to run it, it deletes it. Is there a way to make it so It asks for permission or to trust programs? I have McAfee.

Guys, there has been a recent ban wave on SSL, you should lay back a bit, play normal and see once the reason for the ban is found, what we can do against it
