Hello Programming Community,
My name is Poloh and I am fairly new, I say fairly because I used these forums a long time ago to exploit Crossfire. I made a new account for a fresh start and I have taken up an interest in coding / programming. My question with cracking, how do certain programs that require licenses and have security checks get cracked? This is solely an interest of mine and I do not have any intentions of cracking peoples programs to make profit off of them.

Those programs usually check for a valid license before usage. By bypassing this checks and thus avoiding the program to block certain features you can easily "crack it". How to bypass those checks depends on the software you're using and how their license checks work. Anything more detailed would probably blow your mind unless you already know about process memory and program execution
