Yes, you can get a hacked / tweaked Pokemon App that has a Joystick and will let you move around. Alternatively, there are several bots available in the release section.

LoL I did inherently answer your question by saying Yes the first the time haha…anyway, the App you need to search for is called Pokemon Go++ (V1.5 is the latest I believe ).

Follow instructions on said sites or YouTube if need be.

Nice GUI and easy overall setup. Goes to PokeStops and Loots them for Eggs, PokeBalls and Potions. Incubates eggs and if XP is your game, you can still use it but higher ban chance of course.

Yeah I can, I'm currently using my main on it and yes it does

so @Justin i started it (caught 2 pokemons already) but does it automatically do poke stops?

Yes, just make sure this is enabled in your settings tab:

Those pokemon have been transferred to the Professor for candies as they were deemed weak or imperfect by the bot. You can change these settings as well.

Trying to figure that out myself at the moment and yes it does hatch eggs and auto-incubates them.
