Also try showing the order deliverd/processed all you've shown is a chat log of getting the order confirm which anyone can get that's the easy part getting it to ship isn't.

Lol, There isnt a hard part or easy part to the shipping/processing part. Nothing you do can effect if it gets shipped or not. Calling in is the only thing that may increase your chances of getting it processed or shipped. It just gets canceled sometimes lol
