Make Menu Hack

Ok i am sorry if this tread is not suppose to be here. i just want to ask u guys how do I make a Hack menu u know like when u press insert a menu shows up and u play with arrows to enable hack ya i wanna know u make a this menu and put my name in it and all that so ya someone can put a TUT for me ( not the hack stuff only the "Create A Menu" ) thank you

Start to learn VB or C++, go to the hack source code section for some tutorials.
